Golden Man
Golden Man is a collaboration with Aaron Deer of Outer Embassy, Horns of Happiness and The Impossible Shapes, who also relocated to the Bay Area from Bloomington. We had worked on a soundtrack for a short film about mushrooms that was rejected and decided to keep it moving. An LP was completed, beautiful artwork was made by Joshua Rampage, and a release was agreed to with a continental European independent label. We were again snake bit as the label and its owner vanished. The last email I received read, “Great news, Michael, the vinyl has arrived!” A few tracks are still posted on YouTube.
